signed F Howell London also with ownership inscription, possibly in a different hand, Edgar Otley 1761, chapter ring with hours I-XII-I-XII divided to 5 minutes, equinoctial ring with degree scale 90-0-80° and declination scale to reverse, the bridge with sliding pinhole gnomon on calendrical and zodiac scales.
